WHAT WE DO
Sunshine Melodies Summer Camp is for students who have finished grades 1-8. Students do not need to play a musical instrument to attend. Classes are divided according to age and musical background. The camp presents an integrated curriculum, having classes in:
- Lives of Composers & Artists
Special Features of the Camp include:
- Guest Performers and Presentations
- Stories from the lives of composers, artists and poets
- Presentation: skits, including choir and dance; exhibition of art
Daily format (Monday - Thursday)
9:00 - 9:30 am Gathering Time for Special Presentations
9:30 - 2:00 pm Classes in Music Games, Composition, Choir, Dance, Drama and Art
2:00 - 2:30 pm Special Presentations
Friday schedule includes rehearsal for the evening performance and pizza lunch. Dismissal at 12:00 pm.
